BMD's psychologists have managed a range of complex organisational, operational, research and clinical projects to date. Many projects had multiple objectives, not all of which necessarily easily co-existed. These projects and responsibilities required extensive technical expertise, leadership, diplomacy, persuasion, change management, communication and negotiation skills.
