Booking a Therapy Appointment
Counselling and supervision services are provided at The Specialist Practice at 95 Victoria St, Williamstown, VIC 3016.
Clients can book into appointments online below.
Book by Contacting BMD Psychology Consulting
BMD Psychology Consulting maintains a waitlist when we do not have sufficient capacity to take on new clients immediately. The length of the list and the number of weeks before we can see you fluctuates, but we endeavour to see everyone as soon as possible and we utilise cancelled and rescheduled sessions effectively to manage our caseload demands.
We can sometimes make arrangements to see urgent new clients quickly even if we do have a waitlist, and it's always best to call our main practice number on 0403 22 6963 to find out what our current availability is and how we can best assist you.
BMD Psychology Consulting makes every effort to accommodate your time requirements. We offer a number of sessions after hours sessions as well as business hours sessions to make it easier for clients to attend.
Please discuss your requirements with us at your initial contact or at your first session. We will be able to advise you of available session options and can take into consideration your individual needs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling for Therapy & Supervision Appointments
It’s understandable that there may be times you cannot attend your scheduled appointment and require a reschedule. However, when you book a session, the whole hour has been reserved for you. Therefore, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.
A cancellation fee of 50% of your normal therapy session rate will be charged for non-attendance or for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling requirements, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Timely cancellation allows us to book in another client who may be on the waiting list.
BMD Psychology Consulting sends session reminder emails and/or SMS reminders 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to assist you.
Cancellation fees are not reimbursed by Medicare and will leave you personally out of pocket.
