BMD's organisational consulting services draw on our extensive senior level management experience in the public sector, particularly in the area of complex clinical service delivery, and at an award winning youth focused social enterprise.
Brenda Dolieslager is the firm's founder and managing director. She has been a registered clinical psychologist for over 20 years and has a wide range of general clinical and specialised experience, both clinically and in senior corporate and non for profit roles.
She is a warm, friendly collaborative therapist, with a pro-active, skills focused approach in her work with clients. Brenda tailors her treatment approach to each client, and uses only evidence based therapeutic frameworks in her work. She works with adults and older adolescents (17+) and with most clinical and psychological presentations in her private practice (ranging from mental health problems and disorders such as depression and anxiety, trauma and other presentations, to life transitions, grief and loss, and career focused support).

Dr. Jennifer Menon is a consultant clinical psychologist at BMD. She has over 10 years experience in public health settings and private practice. In addition to Clinical Psychology, Jennifer has a special interest in Chronic Disease, Pain Management and Neuropsychology, including dementia assessment. Jennifer works from a range of therapeutic modalities, based on the needs of the individual and according to evidence-based practice. She works collaboratively with clients towards achieving their goals.
